Chivas USA Youth Development Academy products Carlos Anguiano and John “Xuxuh” Hilton have been called up to the United States U-14 National training camp that is set to begin this Saturday, March 22 and run up until Sunday, March 30.  The camp will be held in U.S Soccer’s National Training Center in Carson, Calif., and will be the second of this year for both players, previously joining the national squad led by Head Coach Tony Lepore for its January training camp.

Chivas USA U14 Head Coach Brian Kleiban has been working with both Anguiano and Hilton for over five years and remains impressed with their high work ethic and on field performances.  He also trusts that the two boys will have yet another successful training camp with the U.S. U14 National Team.

“Aside from their obvious technical and tactical qualities, Anguiano and Hilton are special because they are both self motivated.  They invest countless hours off the field perfecting their games.  This is critical for young players that want to achieve their dreams of getting to the next level and both Charley and Xuxuh have that innate competitive spirit that drives them to work that much harder every single day,” Kleiban said.

While out on international duty, Hilton and Anguiano will miss the upcoming Youth SuperClásico that will take place this Saturday, March 22 at the Bell Gardens Sports Complex. The Chivas USA U14 Team will be looking to extend their undefeated streak to 17 games when they face the LA Galaxy U14s starting at 9:30 a.m. PT.

(PT).
