The Director of Soccer to be in attendance for ribbon-cutting ceremony at new field

CARSON, Calif. (Friday, April 12, 2013) – Chivas USA Director of Soccer, Francisco “Paco” Palencia, will be in attendance as the Bell Gardens City Council’s special guest for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for John Anson Ford Park’s new synthetic turf field, the club announced today. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 13, beginning at 9:30 a.m. (PT).

Palencia will share a few words with those in attendance and sign autographs at the end of the event. Other notable members of the community to be in attendance will be members of the Bell Gardens City Council, as well as Mayor Pedro Aceituno.
