May 19, 2012: Dan Kennedy vs Pat Noonan
Chivas USA took a 1-0 victory over the LA Galaxy in the first SuperClásico of the season, but it was Goalkeeper Dan Kennedy who kept the Goats in the game with his extraordinary saves. In the 50th minute after a corner kick and deflections, the ball finds Pat Noonan, who shoots on goal but Kennedy is there to prevent the goal. Check it out:

Chivas USA might’ve lost the second SuperClásico of the season, but this save by Dan Kennedy prevented a hat trick by Galactico Landon Donovan in the 61st minute:

Big man Zack Thornton made a big save for Chivas USA as the Galaxy took a shot from inside the box; Red-and-White defenders then cleared the ball. Check out the save:
July 10, 2008: Francisco Mendoza
Who says goalies are the only one with the saves? Just as Chivas USA was holding strong looking for the first goal of the match, the LA Galaxy come looking for the score opener with a shot at goal. Then goalkeeper Brad Guzan was not in the correct spot to stop the ball, but midfielder Panchito Mendoza prevented the ball from hitting the back of the net on the line. July 10, 2008: Brad Guzan vs Carlos Ruiz
In an exciting SuperClásico match, the Red-and-White was 1-1 with the Galaxy after goals from Ante Razov and Edson Buddle. In the last minute of the match, Brad Guzan prevented the Galaxy from taking three points as he cleared a shot taken by Carlos Ruiz in the 90th minute. [see above video]
