Chatting with the ChivaGirls: Andi

First year ChivaGirl dishes on her love for hot cheetos and country music

Do you anyone anyone that absolutely Loves Hot Cheetos with creme cheese? Neither did we, that was, until we met first year ChivaGirl Andi.

The 20 year-old Arizona native started dancing at the young age of three years old, dreaming of becoming an Olympic gymnast when she was older. But her love for dance was much larger and she decided to pursue a professional dancing career, forcing her to move to Los Angeles when she was 18 years old and where she has lived since with her brothers.

Aside from her dance classes, Andi was part of her high school’s cheerleading squad that travelled to Brisbane, Australia for 2 ½ weeks, as part of a post-graduation trip. There, Andi met her current best friend and has returned to visit once since that time. One day, Andi hopes to visit Ireland, the country that she fell in love with while watching her favorite movie “P.S. I love you.”

When Andi is not busy being a ChivaGirl, she loves hanging out with her cat ‘Stache,’ listening to country music, play the guitar while singing along to her favorite artists, which include Shania Twain and Martina McBride. Andi also loves concerts & music festivals; the last one she attended was country music festival, Stage Coach in Indio, California which hosted over 55,000 country music lovers.

When asked what her favorite thing about being a ChivaGirl was, Andi said, “I’ve been a part of a lot of teams and the girls on this squad have such positive energy!  Everybody, including our Director [Aimee] is so nice and very supportive of each and every member of the ChivaGirls.”

Meet Andi and the rest of the ChivaGirls before every home game in ChivaTown at the North side of the stadium or catch their performance during halftime at Chivas USA’s next home game!
