Chivas USA Announces its 2012 TV Broadcast Schedule
CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, February 23, 2012) Chivas USA announced today that Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket, KDOC, and KWHY Channel 22 will continue to carry local television broadcasts for the 2012 Chivas USA season, including 19 matches on Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket, 17 on KWHY Channel 22 (Spanish), and 6 on KDOC. Along with the local schedule the Goats will additionally have nationally televised matches, including 8 on Galavision (Spanish), 3 on ESPN Deportes, 2 on ESPN2, and 1 on NBC Sports Network.
Play-by-play duties on Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket and KDOC will once again be handled by Christian Miles, and Allen Hopkins also returning as color commentator. As for KWHY Channel 22 Spanish broadcasts, play-by-play will be handled by Halim Zadat and color commentary by Gustavo Vargas.

As a part of First Kick 2012 presented by Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Red-and-White officially kick-off the 2012 MLS season on Sunday, March 11 at the Home Depot Center, when they square off against 2011 MLS Cup runner up, Houston Dynamo.
