Practice Report: February 4

The Red-and-White return to The Home Depot Center

Chivas USA continued preseason on Field 6 in The Home Depot Center this morning after a two day break and a nine day preseason camp in Templeton, Calif. All players reported to camp, with the exception of Ernesto Carranza, who was released from preseason.

After warming up and stretching, the team continued onto a jogging session that was lead by head coach Robin Fraser. The team was then broken up into four groups that focused on passing drills. Fitness was key part in today’s training as the team had various series of running drills that would help the team get back in shape ahead of MLS First Kick on March 19.

Chivas USA will continue training in Carson this weekend ahead of the team’s scrimmage against the San Jose Earthquakes this Monday, February 7 in Field 6 of The Home Depot Center at 2 p.m. PT.
