Maldonado to join Venezuelan National Team for Nov. 17 friendly
CARSON, Calif. (Monday, Nov. 8, 2010) – Chivas USA forward Giancarlo Maldonado has been called to join the Venezuelan National Team for upcoming international friendly against Ecuador on Nov. 17 at Quito. The player traveled this past weekend to Mucuchies, Venezuela, where he will join the rest of the Venezuelan National Team.
This is the complete Venezuelan roster for the Nov. 17 game against Ecuador announced by national team head coach Cesar Farias.
Goalkeepers: Renny Vega (Caracas) y Manuel Sanhouse (Deportivo Táchira).
Defenders: Oswaldo Vizcarrondo (Once Caldas-COL), Grenndy Perozo (Boyacá Chicó-COL), Jaime Bustamante y Giovanni Romero (Caracas), Luiryi Erazo y José Luis Granados (Real Esppor) y Juan Fuenmayor (Deportivo Anzoátegui).
