Padilla prepares for his first start of 2010

The team trained in Houston Friday in preparation for thier match against the Dynamo Saturday night. Chivas USA Public Relations was on hand to give the following report from the session:
Chivas USA trained on the main field
at Robertson Stadium on the campus of the University of Houston on Friday
afternoon. The team went through a short but intense session, starting with 5v2
drills before moving on to short sided games.Coming off last week's victory
over New York, Head Coach Martin Vasquez looks set to give Jesus Padilla his
first start of the 2010 season, and the lineup will include a few changes after
injuries to Ante Jazic and Maykel Galindo. Midfielder Michael Lahoud will also
be sporting a padded cast on his left wrist after suffering an injury in
training earlier this week. The Red-and-White are still searching for their
first-ever victory in Houston, and will be facing a Dynamo lineup that is
dealing with several injuries and suspensions. Tomorrow's match will be
broadcast live on TeleFutura, Prime Ticket, and W Radio 690 AM.
