Delgado and Spencer play with US U18 in scoreless draw
Chivas USA Academy products Marco Delgado and Ben Spencer played 90 minutes yesterday with the US U18 squad in a scoreless draw with Slovakia in the teams’ participation in the Lisbon Tournament held in Portugal.
This match was the second of the tournament for the Americans and they will now prepare for their final group match against Portugal this Saturday, May 26. The host country has won its first two games against fellow group teams Slovakia and Poland; a win for the U.S. would qualify them to the next round.
