Chivas USA players take pride in being active members of the community. To invite a member of our Chivas USA team to your event, please review the guidelines below and submit your request. 

• Chivas USA will give the highest priority to organizations within a 45 minute drive from the Home Depot Center who focus on education and youth sports. 
  
  
• Appearances will not be scheduled on:
  
  • Game days
  • Day before game day
  • Travel days
  • During Training
    
    
• Appearances cannot begin earlier than 2:00 pm on training days Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Appearances will require a fee.
  
  
• Requests must be received eight weeks prior to event date.
  
  
• Appearances cannot surpass 90 minutes in length.
  
  
• For away game weekend appearances, please note that Chivas USA may not know who will be available to appear, if any player will be able to appear at all, until the travel roster is released.  Player participation may not be confirmed until as little as a day before the event and that the player appearing might be limited to an injured or suspended player.
  
  
• All appearances are subject to cancellation.  An appearance may be canceled due to last minute scheduling conflicts. Chivas USA will notify your organization as soon as possible of the cancelation.
  
  
• A Chivas USA team representative will accompany the player/ coach to scheduled appearance and the representative will bring player cards, pens, promotional items or banners if appropriate and will offer assistance when appropriate. 
  
  
• The use of Chivas USA logos, trademarks and/or player photos must be approved in advance in writing by Chivas USA organization.  Organizations can not advertise player appearances until they have been confirmed by the Chivas USA’s Community Affairs department. This policy pertains to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to internet, print, television and radio.
  
  
• We will do our best to respond to all requests but it is challenging to accommodate appearances because of our intensive training, travel and match schedule. 
  
  
• Training schedule can change at any time and we cannot guarantee a specific player.
  
  
• Player/Coach availability depends on the training, travel and game schedule.
